Want a Myrtle Beach Broker who listens?

Reports about real estate suggest buyers should wait until it "bottoms out".  Well, here in the Myrtle Beach area, two facts may surprise you: while the number of residential properties sold in 2007 declined by approximately 33% compared to 2006, the median price (half selling for more and half selling for less) INCREASED by more than 9%!

 

Make no mistake, with low mortgage rates and motivated sellers it IS a buyer's market and as an Accredited Buyer Representative I am excited for my Clients to reap the benefits.

 

But nothing this good lasts forever.  Obviously there's no guarantee prices will rise or fall but real estate is traditionally one of the best investments you will ever make.
